My clinical and professional approach when working with clients is grounded in evidence-based sports medicine, modern technology, and precise objective measurements. I specialize in diagnosing and treating orthopedic and athletic injuries by uncovering the root causes of dysfunction—be it range-of-motion limitations, asymmetries, or strength deficits. Using tools like video analysis, force dynamometers, and surface EMG, I analyze and optimize biomechanics, capacity, and performance. My treatment philosophy integrates manual therapy, exercise science, and progressive criterion-based exercise programming to ensure a comprehensive and multifaceted approach. My ultimate goal is to expedite healing (in the presence of injury), mitigate the risk of future injuries, and empower individuals to live and perform at their greatest capacity and full potential.
